Instructions

Flash with cwm4 or 5 doesnt matter
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache 
advanced-> wipe dalvik cache
choose zip from sd card
choose the zipfile
flash it let it boot 

after booting !!!IMPORTANT :P

in the launcher u will see some strange icons etc in dock
u need to place an app manually in it 
then to remove those icons 
go to 
Sense 3.0 Settings , UI settings
,Tint AB Press it ,ab scale factor to 1 

then it will work as good possible
